With 13+ years in UX design across B2B and B2C industries—including streaming and satellite TV, property management, energy delivery, and government identity management—I specialize in self-service account management, design systems, and enterprise platforms. I create streamlined, high-impact experiences that improve usability, increase adoption, and drive measurable productivity results for employees and improved usability for customers.
I’ve led UX strategy for customer billing, identity management, and cross-platform workflows, shaping product roadmaps and partnering with product managers, developers, and researchers to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions. My focus is on making complex systems intuitive, accessible, and efficient to enhance the way people interact with technology.
Outside of design, I enjoy cosplay, exploring pop culture, and supporting autism charity events.
